Nestled in the heart of Upstate New York, CNY Fertility Center has helped to create thousands of happy families since 1997. From the moment you walk through the elegant doors of the clinic, you are considered an important part of the CNY Fertility Center Family. Dr. Robert J. Kiltz, Founder and Director of CNY Fertility Center, wanted to create a warm and embracing ambiance, allowing patients to feel at home during their time at the clinic. This mission is reflected in CNY Fertility Center’s waiting area, a cozy living room furnished with a roaring fireplace, tea station, wireless internet access, patient education library and overstuffed couches for eagerly awaiting parents-to be. The experienced and qualified staff strives to make each patient feel relaxed and informed with their world-class individualized care.
We understand how overwhelming the process can be, so in addition to one-on-one care from staff we have a detailed website (www.cnyfertility.com) which designed to help answer any questions you may have and want to read more about online. We also send our patients a monthly e-newsletter which helps us stay connected with potential, current and past patients, sharing the latest in infertility news and programs offered at the clinic. It can be difficult dealing with infertility for individuals and couples. There are several support programs CNY Fertility Center provides for our patients, at no cost, to help them during the process. Patients are encouraged to investigate stress-reducing techniques including acupuncture, yoga and massage at our integrative wellness center, CNY Healing Arts (www.cnyhealingarts.com), located next door to CNY Fertility Center.
CNY Fertility Center offers all the latest technology in addition to the comforts of home. Our center houses 5 exam and ultrasound rooms, a 3D ultrasound machine, 4 treatment rooms, an operating room, state-of-the-art InVitro Fertilization (IVF), Andrology and Endocrinology Laboratories as well as cryogenic facilities for sperm, embryo and egg freezing. Our laboratories offer services including Semen Analysis (SA), Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Invitro Fertilization (IVF), and Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD).

Dr. Robert J. Kiltz, MD is Founder and Director of Central New York's first successful IVF center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Fellowship trained and Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
A Graduate from the University of Southern California, Dr. Kiltz completed medical school training at the University of California, Davis. He interned in Internal Medicine at UCLA, and in Obstetrics and Gynecology at USC Los Angeles County Women's Hospital. After residency at the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver, he practiced for one year at Kaiser Permanente in California. He then went to Harbor UCLA Medical Center for a two-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
In the San Francisco Bay area, Dr. Kiltz practiced full time reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Alta Bates In Vitro Fertilization Program and was on the clinical faculty at UCSF. In 1995, he and his family relocated to the Finger Lakes Region in Central New York, where he began the area's first IVF program. He has special interest and training in advanced reproductive technologies, laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery, gynecology, endometriosis and recurrent pregnancy loss.
